My Vision .... There is a Better Way!

For a number of years, I have felt that there had to be a “better way” to sell real estate.  For example, I found it annoying when other agents got my property calls and not me.  Even more important, it is my opinion that conventional real estate brokers take too much money from independent contractors and do not provide proportionate support in return, especially when most agents generate 70-80% of their sales from their own personal referrals.  Also, I feel that the lifestyle options available to career oriented professional Realtors should be more comprehensive, more flexible and much more supportive for everyone from new agents to retirees.  In brief, conventional real estate companies are becoming dinosaurs – controlled by major corporations with their priorities on their bottom line – not on agents’ welfare and success.

That is why I decided to create an unconventional brokerage, dedicated to treating committed, career oriented Realtors as true professionals.  I am searching for a select group of 25 entrepreneurs who want to achieve OUTSTANDING results and have fun doing it.  We will do this under the RE/MAX banner – because RE/MAX provides the freedom I want and our industry’s best tools, not to mention the #1 real estate brand name.

Here’s my plan.  I have:

1.                  Developed an in-town, prestigious business location with plenty of parking.  The address is 27 Governor Street.  Over 1 million dollars has been spent to rebuild (inside and out) this historic home.  It will be elegant, functional and ready to open soon.

2.                  Developed a series of quality Lifestyle Programs to provide agents with maximum support and maximum earning opportunity at each stage of their career:

a.       New Agent – Mentor Program

b.      2-3 Year Agent – Best support and educational tools in the industry

c.       Seasoned Agent – 100% commission opportunity and more   

d.   Pre-Retirement Agents – A team program to transition business      

e.   Retired Agents – An opportunity to allow you to earn maximum referral income (we call it Greeneacres LLC – a Referral Network)

3.                  Committed to a co-leadership company with agents having a vote in deciding our future direction – this will involve Marketing, Advertising, Operations, Recruiting, etc. 

4.                  Provided my Agent Guarantee and a Bill of Rights – which are unique to my company.

5.                  Committed to a Home Office Program, for those who wish. It will provide maximum income potential at a significantly reduced expense structure.  This Home Program will also include a company business phone connected to our office and the ability for you to receive over 60 hours of career building education each month.
