Brian Buffini’s 100 Days to Greatness™

What is it?

Brian Buffini’s 100 Days to Greatness™ is a new training program for agents. Featuring a dynamic, step-by step curriculum, it teaches the fundamentals of lead generation and will help you produce a consistent streamof high-quality referrals. Incorporating training from Brian with video role-plays of agents in sales situations,this training program will help you kick-start your business. It is designed for Associates seeking lead generation training to improve productivity. The goal of the program is to have a minimum of one closed transaction and two pending transactions in the first 100 days.

How much does it cost?

Cost of the program is $395 per student, plus shipping and applicable taxes.

How do I register?

Registration is available on Mainstreet under the RSN & Education tab.

What materials will I receive?

Students will receive a box with the Student Workbook (fill-in-the-blank), Success Tracker (resource guideand activity tracker), and a Lead Generation kit (3 month supply of marketing materials).

How do I view the program?

The program is broadcast on RSN (channel 9611) every month. There is a new group of 100 Days to Greatness participants starting every month. There are 5 modules in the first week. The modules are 90 minutes in length

What will be covered?

The fundamentals of Brian Buffini’s Referral Systems will be covered in the first five days of training.Trainees will be given daily action steps to generate leads. They will have a workbook that captures key points.The following topics will be covered:

  • Importance of 100 Days (creating a sense of urgency)
  • Working by Referral – An Overview
  • Building a Database
  • Lead Generation
  • Primetime Presentations (Dynamic Dialogs)
  • Working the System

What happens after the first 5 days?

During Weeks 2-14, trainees will be given daily action steps to generate leads. They will have a workbook that captures key points. Action items include:

  • Implement a weekly activity plan
  • Track activity and results via a special website
  • View streaming videos of Brian delving deeper into the systems covered in the first 5 modules
  • A Proctor will review and sign off on the activities completed each week

How much time should I expect to spend on this program in the first week, outside of watching the program on RSN?

Students should plan on approximately one hour per day to complete their action steps and “assignments” for the program.

How much time should I expect to spend on this program during weeks 2 – 14?

During weeks 2 – 14, there will be an online streaming video for students to view as part of the program.This will take approximately 20 minutes per week. Students will also spend about one hour a day on theiraction steps. As students learn and perform the daily activities, these steps become part of their daily routineand work flow.

How often do I need to report my activity on the website?

Students can track activities either daily or weekly. It is very important that the activities are reported regularly for the success of the program.

What is a Proctor and how do I select one?

A Proctor is someone that will work with you to verify that you have completed the necessary activities aspart of the 100 Days to Greatness program. This program is very much based on activity and accountability, which a Proctor can provide for the student. The Proctor can be your Broker, Owner, Manager, Office Manager, or Office Trainer. The Proctor must be from your office and have at least three years of Real Estate experience. The Proctor will be asked to sign a form that outlines their responsibilities.

What information will the Proctor receive?

The proctor will be given basic instructions to be used as a reference in working with the student.

What if I have a question that the Proctor cannot answer?

Students will be given an email address to ask more detailed questions about their activities or about the 100 Days to Greatness program.

How much time is a Proctor expected to spend on this program?

On a weekly basis, the Proctor will be asked to review the students’ action steps for the upcoming week and sign off on completion of the previous week in the Tracker System. This process can take 10 – 15 minutesper week. It is virtually impossible to determine how involved each Proctor will be in the process of this program. The Proctor may choose to spend additional time with the student in the solving of problems or answering questions.

What happens if my Proctor does not follow-up or want to be involved any more?

Ideally, this will not happen. But if it does, the student may select another Proctor from their office and continue with the program. We do not want the Proctor to be a hindrance to a student who wishes to succeed.

What happens after the 100 Days are over?

During the first 100 days of this program, the goal is to have one closed transaction and two pending transactions.
